Baby showers are a great way to celebrate new mothers and their expectant first baby. Or perhaps you’re having a Baby Sprinkle – the new thing to celebrate babies, mums, and dads where there might be a bit of a gap between siblings. Pinterest is a great resource for planning ideas from themes and décor, games, cakes, and gifts. I know that was busily pinning things for my sister-in-law’s baby shower, and truth be told some of them may have been pinned for my own shower later this year. Both my sister-in-law and I are having babies, that is we are not finding out the gender of our babies, much the same as Jackson felt in Gilmore Girls when Sookie was pregnant with Davey. Eeek, almost two months since my last entry – sorry! The mister submitted his thesis tonight, so I’ve been busy helping him along with that. Can’t say I’m sad to see that go – teehee!
If you follow my goings on over on my Facebook page, you’ll have noticed that about 4 weeks ago now I sought suggestions for Christmas films so I could watch one every day in the lead up to Christmas. Three days in and I finally got my calendar sorted. I have watched the first two on their respective days, and am currently halfway through the third.
